Trees from a distance

Golden chain trees are short lived novelties around here. They have a nice bloom, but they appear to be too far North or something. I've never seen a truly healthy one planted in a landscape.

I thought for a second that it was Sorbus, which also struggle with borers 'round here. They generally have that same pallor.

i don't know it.

When you said tuffie, i figured it was going to be a hickory.

leaves look like a peach, bark does not.

I'll just say peach anyway.

Maybe you wrongly ID'd it then.... just kidding. not you!

multi-stemmed shrub.

leaves looked too big to me to be Russian Olive, but how about some foriegn Olive then?

We have Russian Olive here, and maybe one called Autum Olive.

Is it one of these? or closely related enough to win?
