Dawn Redwood 'Gold rush' it is!

This customer had two of them in her yard and they were SO bright. Almost looked fake.

JeffL got it fully.

JeffL, if you don't have one, I'm going again, since mine was so easy. I will go again with another easy one that is identified easily by it's unique "fruit".

I've been working a big project and haven't been on the Buzz for a week.
I hate when that happens.
I miss so many interesting topics!

I've never heard or seen Tom's 'Autumnberry' olive out here...at least not yet.

And Xman's 'Gold Rush' is really an amazing tree since it holds that yellow color so well even in high sun areas.
Although, sometimes it is difficult to get established.

We're all at the start line and waiting, Xman

right away I thought red oak, but i dont' think you'd post something so simple.

the limbs don't get very large diameter as they meet the main trunk.

So....

I'll guess Pin Oak at first. but I almost wrote Burr oak.
