Nyssa sylvatica, Black Tupelo? Usually not a twin, but the bark looks similar.

I can't see the bark that well...

Does the bark look 'blocky' (i.e. cut into rectangular shapes?)

Nyssa's bark definitely has those horizontal cuts across its bark ridges.
