Today....

And here I was thinkin' my post might possibly be the single greatest piece of writing to ever grace the pages of TreeBuzz?

After that beatdown you just put on me I think the least you could do is post a pic of one of those yummy beers I know your drinking right now? I am no longer allowed to drink so I live vicariously through your beer pictorials!!

This past weekend’s activities:

My stump sub missed 2 on the lake job so,

The Sewer Service routes around the lake & that manhole lid you see there is what the Northernmost section of the former Pine was against. The septic predated the Pine.

Probably also why the grinder suddenly wasn’t grinding so well anymore.

Off to the 2nd job for more grinding, & I’m pretty sure this section of driveway finished that side of those teeth off.

Injecting 10 ash at a horse farm today. Started these about 6 years ago, so this is their 4th round of treatment. Looking pretty good overall.

Anyhoo, note that each tree is roped off. It’s actually electric fence.
Called the night before, owner thanked us and said he’d have fence turned off. Nope. I crawled through the first two without touching, like

since homeowner wasn’t answering the door to confirm the fence was off and I’m a giant wuss. My fears were well-founded. Got lazy, slipped, got zapped right in the back. Yelled, “Ow!” Homeowner comes running out and apologizes while laughing his ass off. At least the weather was nice. (Maybe we can talk them into Transtect in a few years)

When I was a kid we would have competitions to see who could touch their tongue to the neighbors electric fence the longest. Thank goodness I didn't do any lasting permanent damage?

Uh..and how did you verify this?
???? I did have an MRI of my head done a few years back, and the doctor told me my pituitary gland look like it had been run over by a truck. I'm assuming thats probably not a good thing, and now I'm wondering if my tongue lingering on the electric fence all those years ago might have something to do with the squished gland in my brain??

This is Peanut, our new Nigerian Dwarf billygoat. Thats my good friend Gayle who we get many of our goats from. An amazing lady!

Do try and keep up here RBJ. We are discussing the possible brain damage that I may have sustained while licking an electric fence as a child. If you look real closely you will clearly see that I look like a brain damaged dolt holding a cute little goat in the picture. . IMHO very relevant, and possible evidence that I am not right in the head??

Most people I know think being a tree guy is enough evidence that we are not right in the head. To me, you seem just fine.
