Doing it too long. Need new knees, hips, elbow, shoulders and back. Every time I go up I worry something will go wrong and I'll miss my daughter growing up. All just makes me not as good as I was. Still love to teach, and watch a good climber, just like to have my feet on the crane or in the bucket.

BigWood nuff respect dude for your honest answer, I understand the picture now. Guess all the years climbing have come at a price. I started climbing late and now have a one year old from my second marriage. I do seem to be more cautious these days since his birth. Still do like a good climb but to be honest I like getting paid to climb, not much on doing it for recreation really.

Voted for Progress due to tradition; it's usually bigshot and wraptor now, for any tree with size. Still carry my 4x4, 16' ladder with me; quite handy for many tasks besides ascension. the 40' model got ripped off, sad.

Hey Guy, what do you mean straps on the wrist? Do you carry to progress climb? A bit confused.

I think guy's picturing a launching contraption, and I can understand the confusion. Sounds like a "wrist-rocket" slingshot. It's a particular make of throw weight.

Oh, cool the harrison rocket is a type of throw weight that is very aerodynamic and bomb proof. I am now getting some very good accuracy using ( 8,10,12 ounce bags ) it combined with new england's throwline. I was very dependent on the big shot but have now seen a vast improvement with my hand throwing after getting some tips when I was in the states.
