So. Chapter - Shreveport, LA 2009

Right on, Nevic! The set up day is Friday, but if you can only get there on Saturday, we might have some last minute things to do at the park. Is Babberney thinking about judging or climbing?

The climbers and judges meetings are on Saturday evening.

It's a 9 hour drive from Tullahoma, TN. 15 hours from Venice, FL.

Still weighing my options. If I'm able to make it I'll do whatever needs being done. Can't tech or judge but I can push the button on a stop watch, run scores, work an excel program like a pro, and you've seen my coffee delivery skills. They are mad!

I was just talking to Meg about the Southern event. We really want to come but as is often the case, we may not know until closer it gets. No kids climb? Are you sure? Dude it's always a hit and Meg and I will make it bullet proof. If not, we'd love to work kids climb but whatever. We'll empty the trash, clean the restrooms and valet park for all we care. Whiz
 
If you can make it, Kristian, you can work the heck out of the Footlock event. We need someone with your crowd control skills to drum up the excitement meter!


Alas, the kids climb is not something that is even remotely on the table.....and believe me, I know what a big draw the kids climb is.

But I have nothing to do with the liability insurance, and I do what the big dogs say I can do - which is to put on a well run chapter TCC with a lot of fun all the way around (not to mention sushi!)

I had no problem getting my chapter events covered but even with the coverage some chapter big whigs go into piss shivers thinking about kid's climbs, which I prefer to call family climbs. It's cool though.
