Now that's a purrrdy hitch cord.
...the going price...
I am sorry to hear that. She was a great deal at 74 cents a pound. She was all of 14 dollars from a local pet rescue. I don't know what I would do with out her. She will attack a rope before I splice it and make sure it is dead first.Nice work! What's the going price now for a cat that can splice rope?
...mine ran off last year.
Looks great!New 10' lanyard from Vortex. Finally decided to try the Art positioner.
That knowledge came to me after splicing it all together. Still it is reassuring to have a little something on the tail.the positioner isn't sliding off over a regular tight eye.
Nice work! You should maybe think about not having such visiable measurement marks on the cover. It appears that you have done many splices and probably don't need such obvious marks as going all the way around the rope. Your splices are made professionally, they would look like it, too, without the marks. Whatever you decide, please continue to post pictures, again excellent work.
Maybe they can call it "Fids, Fibers and Ferrets"?I'm beginning to see the makings of a good Animal Planet series...![]()
