notch triple thimble on 21' 3/4" stable braid. I felt like this splice went together quicker and smoother than my previous double braid splices. I'm not sure if I'm getting faster, or if the larger diameter is just easier to splice? All of my previous double braid were 12mm and 1/2"

I found the the larger diameter stuff does splice more easily. The room in the cover makes a big difference. Looks good too, I don't think that thimble is going to come out.

lol i had alot more but just sold a bunch of my older climb lines, i keep trying new ropes then selling them before they look used . i found that just the buying and selling helps me thru the day dealing with the addiction, just getting to feel the rope for a bit then letting it go keeps me from having a giant collection of every color and type of rope.

not my lil kiddee (thats her name lol, real original right!) shes the best lil girl ever, never causes trouble or asks for anything. she knows not to get in between me and my "special rope time"
today i made this sexy lil thang for my buddy, i took my time with every detail. i covered the whipping in hot glue heat shrink. id say its my finest piece yet, no marks or flaws i can find

i liked it so much i told him sorry its too nice im keeping it, then sent him a pic of it hangin on my wall lol. this tru vee rope is good lookin stuff, i made a long lanyard out of it and got a short 68ft climb line just for the heck of it, looks much better than my old samson brw....

That lanyard looks so good I would have a hard time using it because I would not want to discolor it. I actually have 2 lanyards ready to go for when I wear out my long lanyard and I just don't want to get the tachyon one dirty. My cat also thinks tachyon is the most snake like rope. She goes nuts for it. I give her a decoy piece of scrap rope to keep her busy.

6 am test. 8 hour work day. 3 hour class. What do I do when I get home after that. Get a hit of that sweet strand with Mia. Used 12 strand truck pulling rope. Lock stitched with the speedy stitched. A rope like this can be hooked to a set of dually rims and used like a winch. Works great if you have short valve stems on the rims.
