Show off them splices

For those who splice the kern or splice in general I guess, what is the firmness or bend radius of ur finished splices? I use ne rope directions if it means anything. This is different then my 24 strand splices. I feel this should be a concern, no?

Thanx boon slang. I saw the ocean's splice a while ago and meant to make something like this, but having the measurements is going to save a lot of time!

Here is my first X-Ring R&R using Sampson 9/16" Stable Braid. First time splicing this rope, man was this an easy bury compared to Tachyon! There have been some great splices on this thread!

I actually made them longer than 1/3 of a fid because of the slippery high mod core...

I was thinking about you during the splice (hope that doesn't sound weird! ), so nice man! High wax content in the cover so eveything slides nicely, you gotta try it!

I think i may. I'm fabing up a new RW tether using the TB collective of ideas when I get back home with just a slightly different flavor, so it's time to splice up some i2is. I've been an OP user for a long time, but with my new climbing lines (I was a 16 strand kinda guy, now I'm on cougar and tach), I think I will probably need to go just a smidge thinner. Been eye balling epicord after everyone has been raving about it.

And nah, it's not weird. What's weird is how I've never met a single buzzer face to face, and yet feel a sense community with y'all.

Yup, I've got a bone, and I hope I can make it in sep, but that's so far away it's impossible for me to know if I'll be able to make it. Between work, family, and side work, I don't know what I'm doing for the next 2 weeks, much less sep.
