That one of Battery Point would make a good post card. Must of been a 5 minute exposure, I'd imagine.

Seen that Big Fir once. Only been to Oregon Caves one time, and had it in mind to visit again .. it's really a beautiful area altogether.

LOL ...

The long exposure of what I think is called "South Beach" almost looks like a sunset. Is it the aperture blades that lends the rays to the moon?

This was my last photo of the "night" ... because it was 3am in the morning and I had driven down from northern Oregon starting around 4pm. It was so nice out.

Used a Tamron 70-300mm lens that I got the day before as part trade on my Sigma 85mm.

Wish I was near that area early March too, but may need to wait for late March or April this time.

Hey there ...

It partly reminds me of the trail in Tall Trees Grove on the Redwood Creek side of the loop. Think they are going to get the road ready this year.

BTW ...

I put this mock-up on my Facebook page as food for thought for the folks whom I took photos for last visit. Of all the pictures I took, I think this crop, at this angle, provides the strongest visual impact. It's up close and personal, denotes the strength of the tree, and even the size even though its not all in view.
