Guess ya cant double post the same pic. My crew? That mini and my puppy is all the guys. The old guys don't like working with me because I push for perfection on every job. In fact Friday morning i had to tell a guy to call the boss to say he wants off the job because he can't work like a man. Bossman loved that one. If I'm not running the crane or climbing off it then its a two man crew. Here's a pic of my puppie's first crane tree.

How often do you use mini skid? We have a bobcat A300 that we never use. Don't the tracks wreck lawns? Its always interesting to see the different stuff that people use to do tree work, I would think with your crane you wouldn't need a skid for most residential tree work.

I try to get that thing off the trailer as often as I can... the crane crew is the crane crew but my crew is the backyard out of reach from the crane crew! If you got some hard tard'n meathead on controls then yeah maybe a new patch of grass may be needed but with some foresight things work out with minimal damage if any. No zero turns
