Online Climbing Log Submission for statically data and insurance purposes

Yeti, this is my lacking but I find that I don't have enough hours in the day as it is. I'm wondering if there could be a short form?
That's a good point yoyoman, I was also thinking as I was filling out that form that it'd be pretty cool if it was an APP, basically same form and when you click the button, the app logs your climb on your device for your records, but also shares it with you guys. This way you guys would get tons of climb info, while people created their log books. All you'd have to do is create an agreement that when the person downloads their Tree Climbing log book, they agree to share all the information with your organization. And like that your getting info beamed to you guys from around the world effortlessly, while people satisfy their want to build their log book. Does anyone know how to design an app or know someone who does??

First submission for me. And apparently for all of Illinois. Kids off on spring break. We had great weather. So we took advantage to climb a bur oak.

Tree hugging, tree loving and tree buzzing.

Just submitted another log for a climb on Tuesday, wondering if theres any more talk of trying to put together an APP or not? It most definitely would be helpful and more intuitive, as the current form crashes on my iPhone when I try to do it in the field.

Either way, keep up the good work!

Can't believe I'm the first New Yorker, but there it is - a rec climb into a red oak I've named The Professor because it taught me so much by getting 3 throwbags hung up one weekend last fall.

I have thought about trying to build an APP, as soon as I can figure out such animal I will do so. Or find someone who can do it for me. Thanks for that NY submission, it was our first.

Not everything on the form is required in order to submit a form. location, number of climbers, injuries if any, date, thats the major details i'm looking for, but a full form gives me info for future needs and maybe things i don't know yet.
