Due to the fact that there will be no ISA International Tree Climbing Championship till August 2017, The NJ Arborists – ISA Board has decided to host a fun non-competition for interested climbers with a picnic to follow. These non-competitive events will be open to beginners, new and seasoned climbers. It will be a day of fun climbing pitting climbers head to head in the footlock, belayed speed climb and the workclimb. The events will be judged with instant feedback of scores and time provided to the participants. This is a great way to start to climb or to improve your climbing skills and prepare for the 2017 competitive event as well as enjoying a FREE Picnic with your fellow arborist, friends and family. We will also have a "kids" climb as well.
To Make The Decision To Hold This Event– The NJ Arborists - ISA Board needs to have at least 20 participating individuals for the fun climb. We need to know your interest. It will be a great day if the membership wants this unique event.
