New to Kbooms. Tips?

Jesse,

You know what sets you apart from others? It is being professional, it is showing up to work everyday and giving it your best. So, keep it professional and realize you don't need to reply to the post that sets you up to be unprofessional. I choose to keep things on the positive as everything reflects toward the company I work for. I have great respect for who I am and my employer, as should you. Let's keep positive and don't mind the folks that want to change that. See ya at work tomorrow.

wow. that kind of kiss on the internet i can only imagine the ride to the job. which one of you is riding vito?

i was/am trying to keep this thread going to figure out why one would go kboom vs a stick crane.

your boy said he didn't like the way i was trying to keep dialogue going and asked for how i was really feeling and now that i shared my piece you bust out the hugs....

lets keep this thread on the go....

do you as an operator and climber feel like you could hang with a stick crane on a production level?

I have worked with a stick crane for 20 years. I would have zero issue on any level.

i'd love to see how mcdonough plays the game though. i see that crane all the time. have you ever seen that guy smile? that would be my setup if i was to go out alone thats for sure...

next time you see a large beard on the job or in one of them shiny new trucks swing on by and introduce yourself. i like meeting other players in the game.

The crane Im hangin off in my avatar pic is McDonough's. You guys were workin directly to my right 4 yrs ago in Worcester

i got 12 working days of the glory that was the ALB program in that first year of it. been climbing for and running that crane since although i get to go out and do the odd climb or bucket day. i got it made over there, truth be told. all i do is what i can and they ask me back the next day.

if you around that much you should swing by one of the gigs if you see me on it.

Sorry Jeremy. Wasnt my intention to come across as unprofessional, I just meant that I have more experience with stick cranes. I am learning and really do love the Kboom. Its just different. Who cares what Oldirty thinks anyways?! I have gotten a few thumbs up from those on here who matter to me.

Its just a job. A job we film to recieve criticism from other professionals doing the same kind of work. That criticism should make us better at what we do. I listen to the constructive replies. The insults and assumptions of what I know and where I have been go in one ear and out the other.
