New England TCC

I'm the NEC TCC Head Judge again this year, a Certified Arborist/Utility Specialist/Tree Worker, a part time writer, a full time practicing arborist who happens to be injured. I consider JD a good friend and believe he would concur. As far as hobbies- TCC's sound good. Don't know where all the hate is comming from, comps are fun for me an I intend to keep it that way. I love this industry, respect those who do it, and will not further engage in negative spirits or justification of my credentials. My intentions are for all involved to have a safe and fun weekend.

sensitive lil fella arent ya? REALX! Did you see the huge smiling face after my post? That means I was being SARCASTIC.

Keep taking people so seriously and your going to have an aneurysm.

No worries here Bull about my heart, I 'm a high strung individual to begin with. I don't respon well to sarcasm, ask Andew. I am only trying to keep the spirits high and the competition positive for competitors, judges, and spectators. I believe all of my encounters with BBull have been good one, can'twait to meet the KILLA. Just hhad to clarify for him, I'll chill now.

Ill say it again.......Noone worth while was questioning your credntials.

Just got back from our meeting at Look Pahk. The forest-type trees are going to be challenging for sure. Alot less laterals & positioning points should make for interesting Work Climbs and Master's Challenge trees.

We currently have 26 climbers, with the cutoff at 40.

Smoke'em if ya got'em!

Thanks forthe updateTom, this comp should prove to be challenging and have some new twists. Has anyone heard from Brian Carpenter? I know there are 14 more climbers out there, novices will walk away better climbers.

I agree Greg, the field has caught up with JD since 2006. Last years Masters was very close, as were the preliminaries. Kyle McCabe came out of no where to win 2 events, but JD still holds the title until someone takes it from him.

I have to agree this comp will be epic, I can think of at least ten people who could possibly win it.

I'm going to put you on the spot:

Name the top climbers competing this year!

I wish that I could make it to watch the competition this year. Maybe some year on down the road!

Some updates, possibly 50 climbers!!!

possible 5$ entry fee into park

I highly recommend reading rule 1.1.5

Numerous gamebreaker rule changes are lurking

Master's start time 7AM sharp

Weather forcasting soon

EZ, thought about giving up some names but didn't want to add pressure or appear to be biased.

I will say there are some top climbers comming- and yes Killa, JD is one.

Is the chatter dead? This thing is upon us!
