Need Help with Recruiting

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a nice Friday! We need a bit of help if possible. We are struggling in the area of recruiting new climbers and arborists. We post help wanted ads on Craigslist (in our own area plus surrounding areas), TreeCareJobs.com, and Treebuzz. In addition, we have a web page designated to attracting new climbers/arborists and we recruit via word of mouth (through friends of friends). Unfortunately neither of these venues have yielded many results. Craigslist used to be a successful venue for us in finding new climbers, but over the last year it has become worse.

How do you all go about finding good climbers and arborists? Any help would be much appreciated!
 
Yea sorry that was from my IPHONE and didn't have a ton of time to write. What i meant was by participating in your local chapter of the ISA you will expose your company to potential employees. Participate and volunteer your time for tree climbing comps, symposiums and any learning activity. Being involved will show potential employees that you care and would be a good place to work.

Also do you pay well, have benefits? these are things that people want to know.
