My WOD

After two months of doing not much workouts did the 300 for the first time in my life. Took me 18 minuts. I must say its a great workout. Hope i think the same way tomorrow... got a big birch removal to do on a graveyard.
Anyone know of any good programs for bench? With an injured my squat and deadlift have taken the back burner... I'm looking at Ken Lains matrix program.

Tomorrow is "cant get up from the toilet seat without help" day :D
GZCL is definately more volume then I'm used to, coupled with the fact I didn't take the suggestion to "program lightly" makes for some interesting days post workouts.

Just got my first pair of OLY lifting shoes , today will be the second day squatting in them.

Be careful with them. Its a bit akward to have balance with them :)

Hey all,

Just did my first WOD yesterday and came uncomfortably close to booting on the coach. So much fun. In all seriousness, I am hooked.

I am curious if there are certain workouts that y'all find most beneficial for climbing? I am trying to get in better shape for the New England TCC and would love any tips veterans have for things to focus on that cross over well.

Cheers!

I love the 300 workout to prep for a TCC. It hurts a bit, but it works .

Warmed up to my bench opener today. I have my first powerlifting meet on Saturday. Tomorrow is my last deadlift session, light weight easy volume.

Thursday and Friday are rest day, and I'm hoping to crush some personal records on Saturday!
