My WOD

Same here. I not much into the competition. I like the diverse high intensity training. Short on time and challenge your body and what you think your capable of. I get the biggest kick out of mental fortitude. I also think it does a good job of keeping climbers in shape and considering im a part time climber it keeps my body prepared and less apt for injuries.

I do something almost every day but I usually just make stuff up as I go . Today I did jump rope 3 sets at 60 seconds a piece. Then I did seated really low box jumps, 3 sets of 10 . I think then I did pistol squats , not all the way down , but more of a pistol box squat 3 sets of 10 on each leg. Finished it of with one legged dead lifts with a 70 or 80 lb kettlebell . 3 sets of 10 on each leg

Mark you train much. How much to you have to climb at work? Sometimes, i have to climb 5-6 days in a row. Then it realy hard to go training. Today im going on ka nice long run...
Andrus, I train probably 5 days per week. I take off when I feel worn down or the day after a late night hockey game. I climb 5 days a week unless I get pulled to do some special job like last week I did a large removal from a bucket truck. ;)
