Thats exactly what you are working that hard for. Great! Keep it up.The 300wod is starting to pay off. Did today FL 3x15m and could do the 300 straigt after it. Nice to have all what you need at home... Before 2 months a would have been wasted after the FL.
That's great Andrus! That's how it's meant to be done. Start where you can and work towards perfection, but maybe never achieving full perfection. It's really fun to realize how easy other tasks get when your strength and endurance improve. Footlock becomes easy!
I stopped timing it a year or more ago. It was usually around 17 minutes when I was doing it a lot. 18 or 19 on slower days where intensity was low.Its got so guiet here. Nobody aint working out enymore? Im lifting iron mostly right now , 3-4x times a week. Would need Fl too, put a finger injure wont let me right now. But no problem, i dont compete enymore this year. Thinking of adding something for my cardio...

Honestly I have to work real hard and eat a ton (over 5k calories) to bulk up. The only body part that gets huge quickly are my legs. When I trained them hard they overpowered me and it did work against me.Not affraid of getting to bulky?![]()
Yeah of course. Low reps in winter or away from comps and high reps in times closer to comps
I wish I could bulk my legs quickly... in currently squatting 3x a week, benching 3x a week, deadlifting 2x a week...
