My agent has actually been dropping the ball on me. That I would like to change. If I can deal with the insurer come renewal time then I will. They'll likely refer me to another broker if there is one closer to me.Your agent doesn't help you with that? In regards to the service. My agent is the go between guy. He is professional and is cut throat. He does not let up. We do not have the same instance company as you, but nay issues that arise he takes care of. That makes it a treat for me.

My coverage is for my contract climbing and solo work so it's minimal. What sucked was it doubled from the previous year because the carrier with the cheap rates got out of it.
