I screwed up...

After looking at the injury one more time,

It kind of looks like a beefy flap. Looking even further into the wound, you can just make out a little man in a small boat....some say he doesn't exist....

Yep, a big angry beefy flap at the bottom... the little boat is a Batteau if I'm not mistaken.

I'm still sweating how I'm gonna get to Charlotte to make the van ride to Windmere... I really need a new vehicle.

I must say I resent the fact that you called me out on my novice PS filter tricks.

That's what you get for supporting National Pinko Radio!

That's Nancy Pelosi Radio to you, partner!

And for crying out loud, I'll come get you for the Geezer's challenge and then we'll leave from Charlotte.

Really, you should come to Charlotte in April, I hear those guys are going to be putting on the greatest Tree Climbing Comp ever...and your leg should be plenty fine by then!

I definitely plan on coming... whether my 278K mile Volvo will come is another matter... it kinda needs tires and some front end work.

The leg is healing fast. I've been climbing this week without any trouble except for the stupid bandage coming off sometimes. Going to the scene of the crime today to finish off that bloody tree and a few others besides.

I look forward to meeting you.

Hey Blinky, you should try wearing a pair of Asterisk motox knee braces when you climb, particularly if you do alot of removals and are on your gaffs most the time.

They're pretty good chainsaw protection too!

This is a vid of my old and new wesco's, note the braces in my new boots.
