First of all let me start by saying my thoughts and prayers are with all the tree workers in the northeast. Being from southeast Texas I've seen more than my fair share of large hurricanes and I know how challenging it can be to live and work in those conditions. But along the same lines I know that tree workers are a very resilient and resourceful breed of people so it shouldn't be something that we cant handle. Work smart and work safe during the cleanup.

Secondly, I was wondering if this would affect TCIA at all? This year will be my first time to go and I've been looking forward to it for quite some time now.
 
I called and asked that very question and someone there said "Attendence will probably be down and chipper sales will be up".
I also heard that the Expo site was not heavily affected by the storm.
