Help Identifying These Trees in NJ

Hi,

I bought a house in New Jersey and it came with these trees that look like pines but I can’t identify them.

Also, I don’t know what’s wrong with them and how can I fix them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Dwarf spruce?
I'd probably remove it and plant something else if that was blocking my window.
