The class was fantastic but I also came away with some very valuable, unrelated things. Some of the guys shared exercizes and stretches that have really helped me isolate certain zones. I wake up every day and before I eat I do 10 of the ugliest burpees you've ever seen and I plank for about 2 minutes. I also do about 5 minutes of what could never pass for tai-chi...but I do it anyway. Several stretches were awsome too. Great people all the way around. Thank you for everything!
