Serious cranes, no boom trucks there. Nice photo! Congrats to all, very honorable to give back to such a worthy non-profit. You should all be very proud.

nothing wrong with a boom truck. esp, when it eliminates paying driveway repairs.

regarding the comment about boom trucks, we have a variety of equipment from carrydecks, small knucklebooms, boom trucks, to hydraulic truck cranes to 90 ton. the majority of tree work is done by large boom trucks, that are rapidly becoming the major population of cranes because of their mobility, and ease of setup. note the number of manufacturers that are out there. much quicker return on investment with a boom truck versus a hyd. truck crane or all-terrain. each has its place however.
