I will look into an RV thing and make this a big 'ol convoy. But the wife will be with us and maybe her mom. And I will need to do the manatee thing. Anybody interested in going down? some funnying looking things that look like pill bugs but bigger curled up an balls



what are those critters? do they emerge out of the swamp and climb trees? can they out run a car?

I got a call from Florida yesterday. Something about one of my crews doing something untoward to a client's property.


The message went (verbatim) :

" You told me your crews were professional, how come they're taking a dump in my bushes?! This is ridiculous, Stephan."


I called into the office to see what area code 407 is, and then had my operations manager call the number back to see what we could do about getting the feces out of "them bushes" .




Scotty, you could have played with him a little.



I knew it was you (sort of) the whole time.

Believe it or not, yesterday I was working with one of our crews, and I asked Isaac to call the number back on the odd chance that it was not a prank call.


If it was a real situation, I didn't want to have to be involved. Us Sales guys like to keep the hands clean, don't you know.





But feel free to lay the Shame down on me. I kept the message and have let a bunch of people hear it....it's a pretty good one!

Hey Norm- if you can make it to Louisville, you can join the caravan. It will be like the Merry Pranksters.

We just hired this new climber (a woman), and she's really good! Some kind of champion rock climber. Kathy, you're going to have to watch out...
Hopefully Josie (or Outlaw, as we have taken to calling her behind her back, so far) will also come to Florida.

Also, I'd like to make a prediction of the future...Fuzzy, getting clear to me...a future post on this thread, somewhere around page 31...from KyLimbwalker to Sir Tree Rat:

Gee and i was outon a climb tonight for practice on limbwalking and moving from branch to branch for the work climb.
