Jeff and I climbed a Pine in our buddy's back yard this afternoon.
Caught a good sunset. Not great, but still good.
Can't wait to meet up with all the good friends here in less than two weeks!

Now that is what I call raising the stakes!!!!!!!!!!!
Believe me I don't need any extra incentive to get to this comp. The fact that I am going to miss an opportunity to climb with Kristian, Kathy, Greg, Bruce, Tom, Shari, both Tim's, Jim, Scotty and all of the other competitors not to mention Stephan, Abram, Cory, Tyler, Jason, Rocky Top, Vince, and all of the other techs and judges really makes me want to run myself over a life sized cheese grater for awhile. Torture I can handle..... missing this comp is really going to be painful. Shmeeeeeesh missing the sushi fest alone may be more than my heart can handle!!!!!!
If things fall into place Toni and I may get to drive like mad to get to the comp in time to help where we can. If we can't I can assure you it won't be because we didn't try.
Good luck to everyone competing. I hope everyone travels safely and has a terrific time.....like it will be difficult having a terrific tiime climbing beautiful Laurel Oaks in sunny Fla!!!!!!
