Just a brief observation, it's interesting people like you readily attack Christianity but are curiously silent on Islam? why is that? you often talk of western imperialism but never mention the brutal 500 year reign of the Muslim Ottoman Empire, the 1.5 million slaughtered in the Armenian Genocide conducted by the Ottoman Caliphate too much of an inconvenient truth is it?

I lived and worked as a treeclimber in D.C. for a year and a half on a J1 in the early 2000s and I'll always be grateful for the experience I had of working in the US and the good friends I made. I got to experience real America and real Americans, not the Hollywood version I'd grown up with seeing on TV and the movies.

Great place, you should all be grateful you live there.
