2/3 rds of the Republicans in the US House of Representatives supported the insane Texas lawsuit to overthrow our democracy. Thank the gods the Supreme Court saw it for what it was.. Meritless and with no legal standing...We were painfully close to losing our union and becoming a dictatorship. We got very lucky this time .. Will we be so lucky the next time? Will America make the Republican Party pay for its treachery?

Someone on the Senate floor said it perfectly when calling out his republican colleagues. "You cant claim to love American and at the same time hate democracy."

Turns out one of their (MAGA and Q) star "Military Intelligence Experts" with the code name Spider was in fact just a vehicle mechanic who flunked out of intelligence training. He currently works civilian IT in Dallas and has been pushing the voting algorithm myth that Dominion voting machines were hacked by China and Iran. He also claims he didn't read the fine print in his "After David" where he claimed to have worked in military intelligence.

Time and time again - they don't vet, fact check, or even care.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
 
I couldn't be more proud of our courts at this point in history. So far they, along with our military, have maintained honor and integrity throughout all the chaos of this presidency, and apparently remember what their oath actually meant.

For anyone who expects any politician to act with the same integrity, I hope they have been reminded of the following fact - a fact that our fathers and grandfathers knew and tried to tell some us time and again: THEY'RE POLITICIANS! Yes, even Donald Trump. I sincerely hope America quits putting these assholes up on pedestals in the future and gets back to working together in spite of these self-serving bastards.

We really need a new party that knows how to get shit done right. No compromise results and team work, just like we all do each day on the job, and in our own lives. Most of the stuff Americas want doesn't have to be a compromise with half the country losing all the time. We just let these incompetent idiots convince us that that's the way it works. Thank god politicians weren't around in the early years as we probably still would not have fire.
 
The President of the United States of America, who was already impeached for soliciting a foreign government to interfere in our elections, has just been caught red-handed asking a high ranking election official to cheat in a federal election... Irrefutable proof of yet another impeachable offense.

The House should do it's constitutional duty and spend the next 2 weeks impeaching this unAmerica anti-democratic thug....

I wasn't hopeful - But, as Joe Biden would say, "this is a big F*cking deal". Georgia shows up and proves black lives, black votes, and black candidates matter. Now, let's bring Osoff over the line and get to work - time to pump up healthcare, stimulate the economy for the working class, and disinfect the white house.
 
It's gonna takes some serious feng shui, multiple sagings, and a fucking exorcism to rid the Whitehouse of the stench Donny is gonna leave behind.

And yes, the results in Georgia have made the chance of some real progress in the next 2 years exponentially more possible...I just hope the democrats remember who has put them back in power....
