Until he's incarcerated he will be making annoying noise. He's been a con and carny for too long to go quiet. If he does get pardoned for his Federal crimes he will be facing state charges and business issues with loans coming due. One way out is to start up some sort of media company to voicebox his issues. There's no doubt that there are people with money that will keep giving him support.
