As with Mc Cain Romney has honor. Trumps disgraceful bashing of John McCain should be appalling to all veterans and anybody who loves our country. Integrity means telling the truth when there are consequences. Trump cant even tell the truth when it doesnt matter. He has no attachment to reality. I am no Romney fan, but will give credit were its do.
 
What I want to know...is anyone actually experiencing the "booming prosperity" that was spoken of during the state of the union? I have seen a lot of evidence around me the contrary is actually happening.

Business for me is good. It was good before Trump. I havent seen an up tick in prosperity after Trump took office. Trump supporters would have you believe the economy was in shambles before Trump and he has pulled us out of this terrible recession. Actually thats what Obama did. Look at the graphs and numbers the facts back that up. For Trump supporters reality is what they want it to be. Alternative facts i believe is the term they use. Fudging please
 
where I live is a very liberal faux progressive mecca of sorts, once trump got elected the whole county went into full tds hysterics and were too depressed to hire tree workers for awhile. The drop off was stark, had to seriously cut the rates to stay in business, just now getting back to pre trump rates and demand. if he wins a second term my oh my it might get bad in these parts. possible mass suicides with george clooney mixing the punch, who knows
 
Was just looking at unemployment rate graph. Obama took it from 10% to 5% trump took it from 5% to 3.6% listening to Trump spout off how we are at the lowest unemployment in 50 years is true, but he tries to take all the credit, more 1/2 truths to mislead his supporters.

"alternative facts" is a very nice way of saying disinformation/misinformation AKA lying....Like most things Trump the facts simply don't support his rhetoric

DOW the day Obama took office was 7,979 and when he left office it was 19,827...

Obama averaged 227,000 jobs a month for the last 3 yrs of his presidency.
Trump is averaging 191,000 jobs a month during the 1st 3 yrs of his presidency...
It doesn't take a mathematician to see that Obama did better on the jobs front than Trump has...

Obama took an unemployment rate that got as high as 10.2% soon after taking office and got it down to 4.8% when he left office... Trump has taken it from 4.8% to 3.5%...Big whoop!

We won't take about the fact that GDP under Trump is not even in the running historically speaking. 2.8% GDP in 2018 and 2.3% GDP in 2019 from a man who promised us 4-6% GDP... I thought his tax cut was gonna fuel the economy like nothing the world had seen before? Sky was the fucking limit?

I aint even smart and can do this math. When you present simple facts to these people its mind numbing how they just block it out and babble utter BS. If i used alternative facts at work i would die multiple times a day.
