I’m going to do my best to be there. Funny thing is, Charlotte is only 20 minutes closer to me than Indianapolis. Both are about 8 1/2 hours away.

That looks great! Me and my cold “enjoyed” a pot of chicken flavored ramen for dinner… I’m jealous! And I’ll second Mr. Vena, I want to see the inside of that too!

I haven't had Ramen in a while, I really enjoy taking store bought Ramen packs and "churching it up" some by adding my own proteins, veggies, and spices to the mix.

I do that too. Bachelor vegetable soup is a favorite, basically chicken ramen with mixed vegetables, some pepper, and maybe some other spices too.
