Injera – Ethiopian “spongey” flat bread
Rev: 210924 1140

Based on Ethiopian cereal grain “Teff” flour; fermented for 48 hours; cooked on stove top in skillet.
Normally used as a food utensil/vessel to tear off a piece, scoop up soups, stews, various meal components.

I’m using for a refried bean/ beef stew mix.

Everything but the refried beans

For being Spanish and Hillbilly one would think I like beans but no except green beans

I’ve never heard of that bread, but it looks good to me!
