T-Day Menu – easy (for me)

Dressing / Stuffing
Zesty Pork Sausage
Red onion
Celery
Mushrooms
Cranberries
Corn bread crumbs
Bread cubes - dry, unseasoned
Olive oil
Black pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Accent (MSG), Red pepper flakes

Par cook sausage & vegs in wok; add spices.

Mix all ingredients in wok.
Add chicken stock

Transfer to baking dish
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 min.
Bake uncovered at 450°F for 30 min.

Gravy - Made w/ Turkey + Lamb Ju; plus, Wondra Flour.

Lamb Loin Steak
Lamb – sous vide at 140°F for 24 hrs

Oysters – Fried
Breaded, smoked – briefly marinate in liquid smoke; then egg wash, panko
Fried – 350°F for 5 min.

French Fries – Twice Fried (275° for 10 min. / cool); (then 375° for 5 min.)

The full spread at my sister’s this year. It’s all there, one very well done turkey included. (My father says it’s done and takes it out of the oven. He leaves the house and my mother puts it back in for another half hour or so… It’s done!)

In laws this year and everything turned out GREAT
Bacon wrapped water chestnuts
Shrimp cocktail
Stuffing (from inside the bird)
Mashed potatoes
Green beans w ham hocks
Pumpkin roll and pie

Breakfast of champions? Or hungry tree guys?

Mushroom and cheese omelette, using sautéed button mushrooms, with a Cheddar, Colby, and Monterrey Jack cheese blend.

Finished it off with a Bartlett pear and a cup of Dunkin’ Decaf well diluted with French Vanilla creamer.
