I've been talking a few cracks at doing southern greens properly. My first attempt with collards was pretty awful, but I'm getting the hang of it
Mint juleps too. They help me out when I'm trying to get those southern greens just right.

God bless the mint julep! I try to keep a thing of simple syrup in the fridge at all times, but someone keeps drinking all of it (probably Ranger, who's trying hard to look innocent, but I can tell...)

The cats even stopped bringing frogs in. I get about every other critter in my house as a prize but not frogs anymore.
We had a german shepard and husky mix that used to befriend turtles. Carried them around in his mouth and would put them on the ground and watch them walk around. He eventually got a little territorial about defending his buddies.
The snapping turtle he came across one day wasnt so attuned to his way of thinking however.

Awe man, worked in Pittsburgh for 6 months, the food there was crazy cool. Fresh perogies, Primanti's, and Pamela's for crepe hotcakes in the morning, good stuff.
