Flamboyant Removal Day 2.

Nice pics. Envious here as well of your beautiful weather. Looks like a crappy tree, but a job well done. Around here we have topped maples that remind me of this job. I love to take them down, and remove the examples of poor arboricultural practices, but they suck and can sometimes scare - weak tie-ins, hollows, etc.

You have the helmet, you changed your ways, now take the aforementioned advice and wear the chaps. Way cheaper than cutting your leg, so what if it's hot? It's cold up here!

You can't "pay the bills" when you cut yourself. It only takes one cut to ruin your career for a long time.

Not to berate - the work looks top-notch other than that.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks winch I appreciate the thumbs up and I definitely will wear the chaps on the ground in the future. But I am going to look into lightweight chainsaw pants if I can find any as that would be the way to go. Swing.

Nice place to work!
Cape Cod, MA is not too bad either. But definitely not Barbados.

Hey I lived in Boston for a year when I was 10 and visited cape cod I remember it as being very beautiful. All be it that was 34 years ago. It's quite a tourist town in the summer if I remember correctly.
