One thing that comes to mind for me anyway, I don't expect an ISA certification to just be a minimum standard or bench mark.
Because the word "ARBORIST" is in it.
It shouldn't be that someone who barely has any hands-on experience or ability should be able to take the test and become a Certified Arborist.
Otherwise it would be better to call it something related to being Certified in KNOWLEDGE
It's the "Arborist" thing that really implies whoever is taking and passing the test ought to be someone fairly adept.
