Compact Bulldog Bone

I rock dyneema bungee through the top arms from spine its sweet ass setup I love how i can just sstretch it to go on and off so easy off my chestie.. I won't quit saying it till someone else backs it . My mind wont let me accept someone doesnt have an experience like me with the bone I guess.. haha... Don't know why but line glides right through. Hand over hand guiding towards bone and even climbing tree no hands on rope as long as my angles aren't too hard.Hott Damn I love my bull dogg bone!. One more question maybe bridge length is hindering angles for you . ??

18" bridge on TM, if I remember correctly it's a hair shorter than it comes stock.

I blame this fully on Eric and Mac. :-P

Velocity is slick as goose poop on an initial attempt with the 5/8 bollard. More testing tomorrow! Lol

......, but I still think that's odd. If you hang from a side becket, you negate the swivel.
I didn't think of this but you make a good point here. I like lots of options as long as it is worth the cost in dollars, weight and function. There may be a good reason to off center the connections,...double crotch and you are both hands on a saw....this would keep you centered.

Yes, but only to a point. You could center yourself as long as the rope angles are the same (bisect is plumb). I probably seem to be splitting hairs, and if so I appologize, I just can't fully wrap my head around that design. I absolutely LOVE Rock Exotica products but that one seems to escape me.

I think more videos (even short ones with no music) and pictures would improve mental pictures. Absolutely can't have too many and big productions are too time consuming imo.

I really hope when mine comes that (passive) slack tending is as easy as some report and not as difficult as others describe.

I really like that description vet; passive slack tending ; Its brilliant! Stick to my tending prescription and passively tend away. Its been a while since I received my bdb and I remember it was a tad sticky when fresh ,but after a few up n downs it breaks in quick ,shines up and flows like water. Just pairing rope size/type with bollard is key . Any idea what you'll be putting through her. ; )

I will try to do another shorty once the wind chill goes above negative numbers

I have some Velocity and Vortex currently brand new. Gordon is setting it for Vortex. I don't think he is too high on velocity with bdb. I love it with my zigzag. He's the doctor tho.

In order for the Bone to tend well, it needs to be unweighted, and the whole Bone needs to be allowed to tip over sideways. If using it DdRT I would recommend that you prussic it to be self tending and pull slack down through the Bone.

Jimmy. That's crazy. Hahah. I wonder why you are having trouble. After the first little struggle mine is fine and I'm using a rope few others are. Sorry dude. It really is the bomb. I've been enjoying it more and more. Still having to work on the release and feathering my descent.
