That's what we had yesterday. It's a warm 5° now. Time to go to work!

And work for me today is this; send out Christmas cards to my customers!

It's been between 18 and 32 here in the PNWet all week. Brisk, but beautiful, no wind, sunny every day.

The cold worked for me...We had 6 cottonwoods to
remove, on a playfield. Were able to drive the chiptruck and rented Bobcat on the frozen turf. Just a few ruts from felling the big trees whole, and minor turf damage when the Bobcat (tires, not tracks) needed to be turned sharply.

Sure the grass will turn brown from all the activity, but it'll grow back.

I'll be putting pics/video up later......

The other day when I went to Quinault and Kalaloch to see coastal part of Olympic National Park, the temperature was 16 degrees as I drove up to Kalaloch Campground. It warmed to 29 degrees right next to the beach. I parked my trailer with an ocean view. The propane heater came in handy.

Ice skating rink on the roads this morning. Waiting for the thaw. Air temps above freezing, ground temps below freezing.
Clouds rolled back in trapping some heat. Hopefully roads thaw to take advantage of calm wind today.
