I'm a bit skeptical - I wouldn't be surprised if you send back new saws instead of fixing them. Or, if I send you one saw, and you send back two? Treestuff is always giving things away. I think the whole company is a front by some billionaire quack who's hellbent on making all the other suppliers look like assholes. They seem oblivious to the profit motive that all sensible economic endeavors utilize. Nuts!

Nice! I know if this works out I have no problem sending my stuff out because the shops we use suck, don't know or find all that's wrong with the saw, and don't fix everything at one time. Also take entirely too long to give them back.

This is a very interesting idea, and quite possibly a game changer for those of us who have crappy dealers.
