Can you id this tree?

This tree is located in Portugal (Mediterranean climate).
I forgot to take pictures of the whole tree. Dumb me!
It’s fall and some of them still have green leaves, others have yellow and red.

That was my thought with first 2 pics, but didn't think the leaf looks right. Too big. Serrations look a little to blunted as well...but maybe not.

I'd bet so. It may be Zelkova - maybe Zelkova carpinifolia? (I've never seen one, but looked up other species within the genus...)

I have some exciting news!
I just found an inventory of the trees in every Lisbon street and it is indeed Zelkova serrata.
Amazing skill that you have!
