Bid that tree!

Different worlds we live in. Around here I would drop the tree in whatever size pieces was convenient for me and make a pile. The Firewise program would come by and load it into their truck with a grapple and haul it away for no cost. They take everything as long as it is under 12 feet in length. Might sit there for a week or so until they got around to it, but here, nobody would care. But then, we don't have nice grassy yards either. My neighbor down the road (about 1/2 mile) has a pile out near the road now about the size that tree would make.
I would find it very difficult to try and work in a suburban neighborhood. Probably get fired the first day.

Just curious what y’all would say here-
41” codom hickory about 80’ tall to the tips
Half very dead, the other half freshly dead
Backyard(dogs)
Limited or no crane access
Debris removal through a chain link fence ( after panels removed )
Targets- fence, small garage, back of home, extended staircase from home, neighbors garden, adjacent sugar maple
Drop zone about 25’x25’

I'm thinking... Start out by cutting some of the semi-dead one away to give room to swing the parts of the dead one away from the house, but leave enough for a tie in to take the dead one completely out before finishing the semi-dead one. Lots of shuffling about. Then there is the clean up with the fence issue. Damn! I would have to shoot a "I really don't want to do this one" price. $3,800.
