as for the prince albert, not exactly an easy piercing to have while wearing a climbing harness. I got so tired of taking it out and putting it back in (go ahead easy) that I left it out so I'm not that cool anymore

The housing market has come down, but you are right. And FWIW, I prefer to cross the border into PA and ski/board in the Pocconos.

I don't know why I look at employment but my dilemma is; the pay never covers what I need to make to keep what I have worked to attain. I have been struggling to keep a business afloat since I started it. It was not supposed to be full time, as; I was already foreman, danger tree expert for a local power company. I quit this job because of nepotism but worked for them 13 years and near 8 at Asplundh. I also have 40 acre farm here that I would hate to part but if business does not pic up and become stable I may have to entertain the notion of employee. What is a highly trained and qualified person with an A cdl worth out there?

That is too difficult to pin point with what you wrote. We have crew chiefs making $20's to $30's per hr. Plus the typical benefits.
