ARB'O Saddle

I would hate to brag on my own ropes but Callisto for 11.7mm and Huracan for 11.5mm works like a charm on Rope Runner, Rope Runner Pro, and ZigZag..

Huracan is something in between Tachyon and Bluemoon. Been super popular.
Love Blue Moon! For some reason it holds up better than any other Yale 11.7 24 strand….. I’ll have to give yours a go when it’s time to re up my rope arsenal.

Really cool to see the responses, especially from the owner. They donated a rope runner to Jake, Guilty of Treeson (YouTube) and thought that was very generous.

Low cost marketing imo, it is cool that he's on here taking the time to talk about his product and answer questions though, that would definitely make me more likely to buy their products.

Hello !! Thank you for your interest on the Arb'O Saddle.. :) I actually own Arbo Space.. So nice to meet you guys..
This harness is made in France. I am happy to answer if y'all have any other questions..

Just for a brief intro, we are a legit company.. :) We manufacture our own ropes in Europe.
This was our first TCIA and we had a blast meeting with amazing people in the industry, the guy you see on the picture is our Head Splicer Christian!

Just a quick note, I tried looking at the website, and the second photo a banner popped up requiring me to sign up on the mailing list, big turnoff as that is the last thing I want to do when scanning your offerings. I can’t even look at the photos of the saddle to see what it’s about.

Hello,

it is not a requirement, there is a X button on the top right corner.

No, I got a Koala Courant in the end.
Nothing against the ARB’O, but I was buying a load of gear, ropes, spikes and stuff, from a company over here, and wanted to do it all in one go at that moment.
I did tell the OP by PM.
Cool I was just curious if you got one and how it was working out.

The saddle looks great, except the leg loops look too narrow. I've climbed on a Petzl Sequoia that had loops similar to that and it cut off the circulation to my legs.

Also, some input on your saddle. Looks good to me, but I would not buy it because your bridge paws are on backwards to my liking. I want the large hole in the front to clip my lanyard onto. There are a lot of us who use those instead of the side Ds for our lanyards. The small holes in the front are just too small to get a shot at. It looks like you have the webbing sewn on so you are not able to switch them around.
My voice might not mean a lot, but it is worth noting for a lot of climbers.

Hello Sir, we didn’t, everyone asks this question or similar, we are more than a Gear website- we manufacture our own products, we do heavy lifting slings - highly involved with HMPE Ropes, Marine Ropes.. we are not an easy cookie to swallow :)
Thanks for the quick response! Nice website, rope and cord by the foot is a great feature, also helpful to have the cover percentage.

Thank you so much for this input, we keep working on new designs and this will definitely be considered.

Anyone here tried any of their ropes and have feedback on them, climbing or rigging? 25% off both right now
Hey man, you can check the reviews on the website. We manufacture our ropes with highest quality standards and recipes - They are all comparable to their equivalents such as LPX towards tenex-tec - LDB to Stable Braid , Plaid to Sirius.

If you are climbing Zigzag definitely try Huracan, if you are on rope runner you can consider Aspen. Callisto is more a semi static rope since we do high pressure steaming on the fibers.

This intro offer is a beyond bargain a steal.. We want to incentivize you guys with this offer so you can buy it, try it and see we got nothing less then our competitors.

I’m very excited to get the 11.7 aspen this week. Arbospace is definitely legit and has great customer service. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, but I imagine he couldn’t say the same . I was a major PIA when it came to usps shipping updates. Florida usps is much to be desired. Great company and customer service. I’ll let yall know how the aspen works out.
