I just started using American Executive Services which is pretty similar to call ruby. The nice thing is that its local and we can use their office for conference rooms and print and copy work. They can fax our insurance certs and enter data into our system. Only three women work the call center and we have started to maintain a relationship so it feels really personal. Also our clients don't even know the difference. We only pay 150 a month for the service with unlimited calls.
