I had searched for videos about the Reflex hoping to learn more in anticipation of getting mine.
I was surprised to see that people were saying the removable attachment point was not going to be used because it could not be removed without completely removing the rope from the device.

Hell ya! It self tends one handed in MRS even with no rope weight, just like ART's other devices, and descends super smooth and easily in both modes!!!!! Awesome!!!!

I emailed ISC asking about multiple configurations for the MRS attachment points including a v-rig and or connecting a second system.
The multiple attachments seem perfect for it but as the leverage on the lower arm squeezes the rope in the lower friction point more as the links are pulled off...
The Reflex attachment point is designed to be capable of being put directly onto a climbing harness bridge. It fits perfectly on a double rope bridge as well as other rope or webbing bridges.
The attachment point can be removed from and installed onto the device with or without a rope installed...

And the Pinto spacer doubles as a block so the A2 can't fall over the gate in SRS.
While I still have not figured out the perfect connection for the A.2. for MRS, (particularly with the frustratingly oversized attachment hole). I believe I have come up with a way to make the Akimbo's actually function properly in MRS! Now I can tend it from below just like you would be able to...

Even the instructions (which of course want you to use proprietary brand biners) recommend a full size, or compact.

I've had my Reflex for a little over a month but I've only gotten to climb on it a few times. As we're actually having a real winter here in Southern New England this year.

I believe you're missing the point. It sounds like you're talking about using the akimbo in SRS. There isn't room to put a spacer and an eye splice on an oval carabiner next to the device without both the device and the splice bending around the side of the top of the carabiner.

I've been thinking about a better solution for attachment of certain devices.
I think a great solution and alternative would be to have more carabiners that locked onto a ring like the current Revolver from DMM.
