I hear bad things about powder coat on these rigs but so few manufactures paint.
We have a Hawke dealer around here and all the trailers you see around that theyve sold have held their paint well.
The new brushless technology and lithium ion high capacity batteries offeres by the tool titans (makita, millwaukee, dewalt, ect) is a worthwhile investment. Some have implemented a cordless grinder with cut off wheel for cutting cable and bolts. Carry one battery for both tools.
Used dump trailers move quickly up here in NH. I see used and abused trailers go resonable but anything that looks decent gets 75 to 85 percent of dealer retail. Im told that tube steal frames and powder coat are both conducive to corrosion. Hawke is an off brand that a local dealership...
Give it to him for posting the videos though... that takes alot of balls. Reg, august, the monster tree guy?, pfanner man videos are all very inspiring to watch. But im sure a fare amount of editing goes into smoothing out the rough spots. After all we are all only humans.
I beleive the mad for cranpes to be 20'. Not sure how the process works entirely but grounding cranes is a practice used for working with conductors for repairs.
