    The bill was signed into law on the 18th of january.You do not need the full CTE exam there is another test not as hard but you will need to pass that it is called LTCO (licensed tree care operator)also show proof of workers comp ins..Mr. Steve Chisholm has all the answers i will dig out my copy...
