Looks like the name of the company is Atlantic Tree Care.
Unfortunate accident for the homeowners to have to experience this, especially just before Christmas.
Fortunately no one inside was hurt.
Looks like the boom went between the rafters.
A Crane is just another tool available in your...
That's his 60 ton. From what I understand, Grant was thinking of getting a larger one but decided that a bigger one probably would be impossible to get into the places he can get his 60 ton into.
I'll have to ask him the next time I see him.
We were working with him today on a removal in Oshawa.
I used 1 1/2" ABS pipe. Drilled a hole on one side of the pipe large enough for the head of a selftapping machine screw to fit through, then screwed the self tapper through the other side of the pipe and into the inside frame of the crossbox.
It has been nice Devon.
I've been trying to get back up north to do some more of the backlog of work done up there but have been swamped with city work. Most of the work is probably going to have to wait until spring. I put my boats away awhile ago. :)
I quite liked the pic at the end with the workers standing proudly on the stump.
Just proves that no mater where the tree work is in the world, were pretty much the same
Sweet pics Devon.
Didn't know if I was going to make it to Pittsburg cause of that storm.
At least I got down to Expo for two days. Heading back early tomorrow to get back at it.
We're going to have to get together for some aerial rescue practice if we ever get a break.
I have to agree Devon, it was a great show. EHAP, Mark's crane class and meeting several new and old Buzzers. Plus all that gear and equipment.
WOW!
Only down side is having to return home early tomorrow and missing another day of the show.
