Depends what the tow vehicle is. A one ton truck or van (usually 11 or 12k gross) can tow a 14k equipment trailer and stay under cdl. 450/4500 series trucks generally have a 15k gross and would put you into cdl range.
Steve, I searched Adaptable Aerial Services and you never poped up in the first three pages. I did however search Adaptable Aerial Solutions and you were right there! You might want to add in Services to your keywords in case one of your potential customers gets your name wrong, its so easy to...
Forget the chains. Tall skinny tires are the way to go for pushing snow on pavement. A different set of rims and tires with a set of spacers or adapters would be the ticket.

Tom do some research if you want to flat tow an awd vehicle. Off the top of my head I believe most are a no go. I think you may need to step up to something like a GMC Envoy or similar that still has a regular transfer case with a neutral position.
I have not done it before. I wasn't exactly looking to get into it but thought my skill set would be a good match for the job. So I applied for about a dozen jobs that I saw, but like I said never even heard back. I'd like to get into it if the price is right, but kinda doubt most would be...
